KARES Kid Programs
With Distance Learning the opportunity for social interaction and physical activity for kids has been minimal. Using the Zoom platform, we offer several activities that children can participate in to get exercise as well as demonstrate positive social skills with other children during the activities.

KARES Kadet Programs
The shut down in many states have not only affected children, but also individuals with disabilities. There are many adults with special needs that are stuck at home with little to no social interaction or physical activity. KARES provides virtual fitness and art activities for them to enjoy.

Programs
Since the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic the opportunity for social interaction and physical activity for senior citizens has been affected by the mass shut down of recreational facilities the cancellation of many leisure activities. Using the Zoom platform, we offer several activities that senior citizens can participate in to get exercise as well as provide them with an opportunity to network and socialize with a new community of virtual peers.

If you are a senior citizen looking to get physically active at home and would like to register for a KARES Kaptain class.

Virtually Vigorous
Virtually Vigorous is a virtual exercise group designed for individuals that are interested in a beginner level exercise experience. These workouts are a good opportunity to improve cardiovascular endurance, tone muscles, and increase flexibility without the intimidation of a gym. This virtual group is providing a safe place for self-improvement, confidence building, and a virtual community of support.
Registered participants are eligible to receive participation prizes!
